We will keep up to date accounts for you on a MS Excel file which is sent to you regularly or upon request. Receipts will be properly kept on file for your perusal.

If you live abroad we recommend that you open online accounts with Paypal and SKRILL Moneybookers and Alertpay (Canada) where we can instantly transfer money between us thus avoiding our local currency control restrictions. We can also deposit funds into local bank accounts. If you live in the USA you can also use Netspend, the cheapest solution. If you already have a Netspend debit card you can transfer funds instantly to our account and viceversa.

We will not share your keys with others for obvious reasons, and if you should wish to sell your property we will be glad to act as responsible custodians of your keys and agree to cooperate with other realtors by showing your property when requested while maintaining a strict control of security and safety of your investment.

Monthly inspections of your property are included in our management package at which time we check your AC units, plumbing, electricity, windows, doors, locks, hinges, and as long as we have sufficient funds together with your goodwill, we will be pleased to perform general maintenance work to include proper servicing of air conditioners that are today extremely expensive.

We do not charge you a monthly management fee if your property is included in our vacation rentals listing. Owners pay laundry and cleaning expenses if and when required.
