We offer a reliable and efficient property management service for those who live out of the island.
If you wish and if suitable we can also include your property in our vacation rentals which will help to pay for ever increasing maintenance cost. We will keep up to date accounts for you on a MS Excel file which is sent to you regularly or upon request. Receipts where available will be properly kept on file for your perusal. If you live abroad we recommend that you open online accounts with PAYPAL and MONEYBOOKERS where we can instantly transfer money between us thus avoiding our local currency control restrictions. We can also deposit funds into local bank accounts. We will not finance your local expenses for which we ask you to maintain enough funds with us so that your basic services and attentions are not suspended. We reserve the right to charge a moderate interest for financing. On some occasions, in order to apply temporary solutions, we may also rent out your property at discount rates in order to maintain acceptable cash flow levels, this of course depending entirely on demand. If unsuccessful we may return the keys and cancel our management contract. We will try not to share your keys with others for obvious reasons. As long as we have funds and the goodwill of owners we will have the property cleaned periodically and undertake regular inspections and basic maintenance of your property which will include paint plumbing electricity and proper servicing of air conditioners that are today extremely expensive. - Bill paying Bs 25 each
- Purchases and contracting services on your behalf 10%
- Commission on vacation rentals 30%
- Cost per hour (supervision etc) when necessary Bs. 100
- Attending arrivals and departures for owner sent guests we will charge a single fee of 50% of high season nightly rate
- You pay cleaning and laundry
