CONDITIONS

• Minimum rental is 5-8 nights
• Rates are quoted per night/apartment
• Any changes or cancellations must be in writing
• Refundable cash damage deposits are required depending on length of stay and number of guests
• Cancellations must be in writing and refunds will be studied individually always forfeiting 20%
• Pets are generally not allowed but please consult first as there may be exceptions
• At check-in you will receive a clean and well maintained apartment including fresh towels and sheets
• Rentals are self-catering and do not include cleaning during your stay
• We reserve the right to refuse reservations that we feel do not comply with our terms and conditions
